Project Description: The starting point for this project was the unique form of the original dairy bales on the property.
The Client: Griff and Rosie Cupitt

Project Description: The design for this restaurant, cellar door and winery on this perfect rural site was informed by the proportions of the original 1870’s creamery building on the site and the clients’ extensive travels in various wine growing regions worldwide. The result creates the atmosphere of a provincial winery in a wonderful setting taking advantage of the views over north Burill Lake and beyond to Pigeon House Mountain.
