The Client: A single retired Gent relocation from Canberra to the coast

Project Description: Paramount in this design is a relaxed, spacious single level floor plan designed for easy living. Effective passive solar elements mean that in its original form this home required no heating in winter. It has since been added to by its current owners.

The Client: A Family from Sydney who have owned the site since the ‘70’s

Project Description: This project required extensive detailing and good communication with the client and builder throughout the construction phase. It also involved liaison with the Family over their initial design, to take advantage of the aspect, beach views and location, whilst providing stylish and maintenance free accommodation for up to 4 families.

The Client: A young family relocation from Sydney.

Project Description: The starting point for this project was the unique form of the original dairy bales on the property. The Brief required that these inform the form and materials of the project and that the original structure be retained in the new residence. The result is a relaxed rural atmosphere combining the old & the new.

The Client: Griff and Rosie Cupitt

Project Description: The design for this restaurant, cellar door and winery on this perfect rural site was informed by the proportions of the original 1870’s creamery building on the site and the clients’ extensive travels in various wine growing regions worldwide. The result creates the atmosphere of a provincial winery in a wonderful setting taking advantage of the views over north Burill Lake and beyond to Pigeon House Mountain.
